7. Subdomain & Branding Policy

LeafMenu provides custom subdomain functionality to help businesses establish their brand. To maintain system integrity and prevent abuse, the following rules apply:

  • Reserved Keywords: Subdomains containing system-reserved keywords (e.g., "admin", "api", "billing") are strictly prohibited.
  • Rename Cooldown: To prevent "name squatting", a mandatory cooldown period applies after each subdomain rename. The default period is 30 days, though this may vary based on your subscription tier.
  • Alias Protection: When you rename your subdomain, your previous names are held as "aliases" and will automatically redirect to your current primary subdomain. Each account is limited to a maximum of 3 active names (1 primary and 2 legacy aliases).
  • Authenticity: You may not register subdomains that impersonate other brands, entities, or registered trademarks that you do not legally own.
